At SLICEable, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Damaged/Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
